"How to Put an End to Annoying Daily Neck Pain Naturally… Before It Gets Worse!"
When it comes to living with neck pain, everybody we see wants to know:
"Why is This Happening to me?"
“Why Am I Still Suffering With Neck Pain After Putting Up With It For 6 Months (Maybe More)?
Most people think that when they get neck pain, it’s just going to go away on its own.
That they’ll wake up one morning and like “magic”, it’ll be as if neck pain never happened… But then 6 months later you’re still living with neck pain - often even worse than it was when it came on.
Does that sound Like You?
Another scenario we see all the time in our physical therapy clinic is when people go to the Doctors, and the Doctor tells them to rest and “try these painkillers” and “see how it goes”.
But this is rarely ever the best advice and often 6 weeks later, they end up going back to the Doctor again because it hasn’t got any better. Worse, they’re often given yet another prescription of even stronger pills, and advised MORE rest. This is madness and explains why so many people are suffering with chronic neck pain.
Has this type of thing happened to you?
Why else does neck pain last longer than it should do? Well, it’s easy to get confused because you’ve been told different things, by different people. There’s lots of people out there who are happy to dispense advice - but not all of it is credible.
The neck is a very confusing part of the body, and this often leads people to procrastinate and put off deciding about what to do to help fix their neck pain. Worse, many people just end just accepting it as ‘part of life’ - as if it’s normal, as if it “has” to be that way.
Do You Feel That Way Too?

In Her 50’s Freeland, MI
Dizziness... I'd had it for a long time. Sometimes I'd make sure somebody was behind me so that I could grab onto them. I would notice that when I turned over in bed a certain way the room would be spinning and it was really bad when I would sit up from a laying down position. Now the dizziness is gone and you know, it's actually made my life so much better. So much better.
In His 40’s Freeland, MI
I spend a lot of time at the desk and I started having some trouble with hip pain, sciatica down the side of the leg, into the lower back, trouble sitting for long periods of time. The pain had been happening for probably upwards of 10 years. Ultimately what led me in here was I was having trouble playing golf. I'm definitely on a good path now and I know there's no reason to have to live with pain.
In Her 40’s Saginaw, MI
I had such tight pain in my neck and my shoulder and almost down to my elbow. I was unable to turn my head from side to side and drive comfortably. I tried different stretches, massaging on my own, ice and heat... but I was constantly feeling like I had to crack my neck everyday. I now feel safe while driving and I'm more comfortable day to day and while at work.
