Neil Sauer

Neil Sauer
- DPT, owner and operator

Physical Therapist, Certified Health Coach and company owner Neil Sauer graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science. During that time he played four years of collegiate soccer.

Neil earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University in 2006.

He has taken continuing education courses for Stanley Paris manual therapy techniques and a Gary Gray Functional Training course. He has also taken selective functional movement assessment courses with the North American Sports Medical Institute (NASMI).

Neil’s treatment philosophy goes beyond reducing pain and restoring motion/mobility. He has a passion for health and wellness and for improving the quality of life of his clients, and works holistically with them to ensure their injuries do not reoccur and that his clients enjoy optimal functionality. He strives to help his patients live more active, mobile and healthy lives knowing that they don’t have to rely on pain medications, injections or surgery.

In his personal life, he is married and has two sons. During spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, spending time outdoors and leading an active and healthy life. Neil also likes to read as much as possible when he finds/makes time. He primarily reads books on leadership, business and special forces.

An avid exercise enthusiast, he continually works to improve his own health and wellness.

Kelly Szaroletta

Kelly Szaroletta

Kelly graduated in 2012 from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Michigan-Flint in 2016. Even though she is a Michigan graduate, she is not a wolverine. Go Green! 

Kelly has taken continuing education courses from both Stanley Paris manual therapy techniques and Mulligan Concepts for Upper Body. Kelly is passionate about helping patients get back to the activities they enjoy, as well as activities that are necessary. She loves helping patients regain their independence and live their life to the fullest movement potential.

Outside of work, Kelly and her husband have a 7-month-old baby boy who keeps them very busy! She enjoys working in her flower beds, reading, and cooking.

Erica Moeller

Erica Moeller
- Physical Therapist Assistant

Erica graduated from Delta College in 2016 with a degree in Applied Science specializing in Physical Therapist Assistant. She has taken continuing education courses covering the Mulligan Concepts for the Upper Body and is always seeking to learn and grow.

She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association on both a national and state level.

Erica is passionate about people and with that passion comes her desire to help people improve their quality of life. She has seen first hand the impact that physical therapy can have. Allowing people to live more active, mobile and healthy lives without having to rely on pain medication, injections or surgery.

In her spare time she enjoys camping with her husband and dog Wednesday, going to the movies, fishing, traveling the United States (especially Hawaii) and spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Lauren O’Farrell

Lauren O’Farrell
- Office Assistant

Lauren has come to us from the retail world. She has always had a passion for customer service, meeting and helping people.

She has come to love the office setting, where she can focus on getting to know new people and being able to build relationships with patients.

In Lauren’s spare time she loves spending time with her family, reading, camping, and traveling.  Summer time you can most likely find Lauren and her family at their property in Rose City, fishing, swimming, tubing, and camping. Lauren and her husband have been married for seven years, they have three children If she isn’t busy with her family, you can find her working in her yard or reading a good book.  

McKaely Ludka

McKaely Ludka
- Office Assistant

McKaely graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, where she was a collegiate athlete in track and field and discovered her passion for helping people.

She enjoys working in a small clinic setting where she can create a welcoming atmosphere and build relationships with patients.

In her spare time, you can find McKaely with her husband and daughter and their two dogs. She enjoys making the drive to Detroit to attend Tigers and Red Wings games and traveling to her hometown of Traverse City, MI where she spends time boating, fishing, and visiting with her family and friends.

Danielle Skrocki

Danielle Skrocki
- Office Assistant

Danielle graduated from Northwood University in 2019 with a degree in Business Administration. As a former nanny and restaurant server, Danielle is passionate about caring for others. She enjoys the atmosphere of a small clinic and getting to know patients on a more personal level.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, their son, and two dogs. Most of this time is spent camping, boating, or at the racetrack. She loves summertime and all things outdoors.
